There have been many groups in our town and they all have had a short life, like “Propoleo”, “Crash Band”, “Black Sheep”, and “Misery Blues Band”. Their members have formed a lot of groups just for the pleasure of doing music, they are mostly young people, and those who are not, are definitely  crazy about rock.

In relation to tango, we can say that there are not any groups nowadays but there are musicians who belong to the 2 times 4, that  love the rhythm, they gather in order to act in some special occasions and they are  José Barale,  Dardo Ballestero,  Néstor Galvani, and others like Luis Sosa and Carlos Loyola.

Hernan Campestrini,  Renzo Sosa,  Zorzal Vilches,  Pedro Luján  and  José Ramos are all distinguished folk singers. They have also formed bands known as  “Los Cuatro Amigos” and “Nuevos Horizontes”. "La Gozadera" became a quartet band in 2005, but nowadays it has splited up.

New groups have been formed lately like “Los Resackados” (Rock&Roll), “Aneurisma” (Rock&Roll), "Instinto" (New Metal), "Destrucción Masiva" (Heavy Metal).
