On  April 1998 Adelia María Town Hall and the San Luis National University  signed an agreement  in order to launch the first distance university career:  Technical  Secretarial Executive.

Nowadays there are eight students studying this career and the services are free.

In the year 2001 and 2002 multiple contacts with different universities were started. Finally,  an agreement with the Aeronautical University Institute was signed and the chosen  career was the university  career: Human Resources. 

To be able to study this career the secondary studies are  needed, but  if anyone is older  than 25 years old  without it, this person should undergo a special  exam. As a distance career students study by themselves but they attend their exams at  C.E.L.A.M library.
